Questo evento è aperto a tutta la famiglia, dai più piccoli ai più anziani.
Danziamo su una bellissima pedana in legno all’aperto circondata da prato e alberi in mezzo alla natura. In caso di pioggia, c’è una sala molto grande in legno in cui possiamo praticare la danza ed il movimento consapevole in pace. C’e un lago naturale in cui possiamo fare il bagno fra sessioni per rinfrescarci. Le giornate cominciano con una pratica di yoga prima di colazione.
Ogni giorno c’e una sessione di 5Ritmi e sessioni a rotazione di Movement Medicine, Open Floor, Soul Motion, Azul, Ecstatic dance & Trance Dance…ed altro.
In alcune sessioni di Danza siamo accompagnati da Rishi Vlote, Shastro & Francesco con la loro musica dal vivo.
MidSummer Festival è un momento per incontrare altri danzatori e insegnanti, per provare tecniche mai provate ed approfondire le nostre pratiche amate.
Tutto il programma è optional. Non c’è nessun obbligo di partecipare a tutte le attività.
L’unico obbligo è di venire per almeno 6 giorni o per tutto il periodo. Ciò aiuta la gestione delle camere e crea un’atmosfera di comunità mentre siamo insieme.

THEME:
This event is open to the whole family from the youngest members to the oldest.
We dance on a beautiful outdoor wooden dance floor that rests on a lawn that overlooks the Umbrian countryside, surrounded hills and trees. There is a big wooden hall in which we can practice our conscious dance activities in case of rain. There is also a natural lake in which we can swim and relax in between sessions. The days begin with a Yoga practice every morning before breakfast.
Every day there is a 5Rhythms Dance session, with Movement Medicine, Open Floor, Azul, Soul Motion, Ecstatic Dance & Trance Dance sessions alternating during the programme … In some dance sessions we are accompanied by Rishi Vlote, Shastro & Francesco with their live music. The whole programme is optional.
It is not necessary to participate in all the activities.
The only obligation is to come for minimum 6 days or for the whole duration of the Festival. This helps to organise the rooms and creates a sense of community while we are together.
