Soul Motion training

The training to become a Soul Motion teacher created by ConsciousDanceItaly is divided into three parts.

Soul Motion is a somatic and spiritual practice. It has no therapeutic purposes and does not work directly on shadows, emotions or traumas.
The peculiarity of this training is that there will be teachers of all the ConsciousDance practices, not only Soul Motion teachers.
LANGUAGE: Italian and English.
THE FOUNDATIONS
This intensive workshop is the first step to go deeper into the practice and is a necessary step to access the teacher training. It is open to both those who know the practice and those who want to deepen it. For those who have already done Foundation abroad, it is not necessary to repeat the seminar.
In these days, the foundations, the bases of the practice, will be studied, moved, danced, felt.
The 4 Landscapes lead us to explore intimate dance, dance for two, group dance and the dance of infinity. The journey that makes us cross all these territories inside and outside of us is a real odyssey or perhaps simply, the dance of life.

In addition to the 4 Landscapes, we will explore the three platforms that form the basis of this practice: Pause Presence
Echo inspiration
Orbit Orientation.
THE EMBODIMENT
In this second step, we explore the connection between our life and the elements of Soul Motion. How they move, how they move us, how they open us to listening, to change, to recognizing our creative power in dance and in our daily life. Which are ultimately the same thing. Because the separation between these spaces is only in our imagination.
In this first part we practice Embodiment and awareness, we learn to stay in the truth of what happens in our body. And we learn to listen to it, to read it, to welcome it. As it is, without wanting to fix or change it.
And since we are not alone on this earth, we also learn to show ourselves as we are and to nurture authentic relationships. It is a physical, somatic exploration, which starts from the body and then enters all the spaces of our being: spiritual, psychological, somatic, emotional, relational.
At the end of this journey each participant will present a project. For those who are not interested in teaching, it is possible to end their journey here.
THE TEACHING
This last part focuses on teaching Soul Motion maps, on building the journey: of a class, of a day, of a workshop. On the language that invites and welcomes, rather than directs and forces.
On taking risks and having the courage to be ourselves, every time we teach. On creating safe spaces, in which each dancer is free to explore while being in tune with their own feelings.
The greatest inspiration of a Soul Motion teacher will not be the notions of this training, but the small big things that happen in everyday life. Life itself will be the raw material on which to build each class.
And it is a practice to cultivate awareness in life to then bring it into our classes.
At the end of this course, each participant will teach a short class. Those who have already attended part 1 and 2 abroad can access part 3. In this training, there are some modules that are also open to those who do not participate in the entire course. And there will be thematic online meetings on some more technical skills, they will be scheduled in the evening and recorded. Those who are already certified and want to refresh can send a request and will be welcome at very discounted prices. The locations will be mainly in Northern Italy, but some will be defined later. The training has a limited number of places.

500 euros full price
400 euros for those who register by February 20.
This seminar is open to everyone, not just those who want to participate in the Soul Motion training.
If you already did Foundation and you want to join, the price is 160 euro.

Those who have completed Foundations and Embodiment (even abroad) can access to this part directly.
Payments method
Based on the requests of those who participate, the total fee of every year, can be paid in 3/4 installment, or even monthly, so that payments can be extended a little further.
For those who are seriously in financial difficulty because they do not have a fixed salary, there are benefits.
In this case, send a request. In addition to the costs above, the following are excluded: travel, food and accommodation and must be added + 10 euros for a ConsciousDanceItaly membership card which is valid for one year and must be renewed.

These two-hour meetings are open to anyone interested in the specific topic and are mandatory for those who complete the entire training.

Basic course. 3 full days to learn how to mix music with Tractor Pro, but also to understand how to catalog music, how to use it consciously.
We will also learn the two systems for doing online classes and outdoor classes with headphones.

BECOMING THE TEACHING // 10-14 JULY 2026
A retreat with Vincent Martinez Grieco aimed at teachers, leaders, and anyone who leads groups and works consciously. 30 years of experience to share and pass on. This will be an opportunity to uncover confidence, grace, determination, insight, and inspiration to understand and practice the dignity of being a teaching.
We will learn practical exercises in perception and presence. How to regulate anxiety, recapture their inherent wisdom and ease in being the one that sets the tone of a class.
We will experiment in how to focus on sensation and to use this as a vehicle for empowerment and confidence to handle any situation that moves forward.
We will learn tactics in how to view our position in a class as first among equals and review how to vision the spontaneous expression that is our nature.
