Esplorare nuovi territori dentro di noi.
Lasciarsi toccare dall’amore senza opporre resistenza, senza paura, a cuore aperto.
Cosa succede dentro di noi quando ci arrendiamo davvero all’amore?
Quando il bisogno di essere amati lascia il posto al desiderio di amare e di condividere il proprio sentire?
Cosa tocchiamo quando ci apriamo davvero all’altro?
E come si trasforma il rapporto con noi stessi quando incontriamo l’amore?
Quando siamo vulnerabili, disarmati, nudi?
Esploreremo insieme questo aspetto dell'amore unendo diverse pratiche e lavorando sulle risorse che possiamo attivare nel nostro continuo FALLING IN LOVE: 5Ritmi, Terapia Corporea, Movimento Consapevole.

FALLING IN LOVE RETREAT

It is a residential, they will be communicated to the participants. But it will be 5 days of work + 2 days off for relaxation and integration
THEME:
Loving without being influenced by the shadows of our past. Exploring new territories within ourselves. Allowing ourselves to be touched by love without resistance, without fear, with an open heart. What happens inside us when we truly surrender to love? When does the need to be loved give way to the desire to love and share our feelings? What do we touch when we truly open up to others? And how does the relationship with ourselves transform when we encounter love? When we are vulnerable, disarmed , naked?
We will explore this aspect of love together by combining different practices and working on the resources that we can activate in our continuous FALLING IN LOVE: 5Rhythms, Body Therapy, Conscious Movement.
