Questo è un invito annuale a riunirci come tribù danzante per alcuni giorni a metà inverno. Sarà un’occasione speciale per festeggiare, danzare e divertirci, creando connessioni profonde nel cuore della stagione, mentre celebriamo la fine di un ciclo e l'inizio di uno nuovo. Nei giorni che precedono il 31 dicembre, esploreremo diverse mappe dei 5Ritmi per prepararci in profondità al momento in cui lasceremo andare ciò che desideriamo trasformare e accoglieremo il nuovo con consapevolezza. Prima del 31, ogni partecipante creerà il proprio vision board, un collage che riflette sull’anno appena trascorso e richiama nuove visioni e intenzioni per il futuro. Alcuni porteranno il vision board dell’anno precedente o oggetti simbolici, che bruceremo insieme nel falò la sera del 31 dicembre, accompagnati da canti e musica, per trasformare ciò che è stato e aprirci al nuovo.
La sera del 31 dicembre danzeremo travestiti, creando un momento di pura gioia e divertimento! Invitiamo tutti a sperimentare con il travestimento, non solo come gioco, ma come un esercizio di trasformazione personale. È un’opportunità per esplorare e dare visibilità a parti di noi stessi che spesso rimangono nascoste. Scegliendo il tuo travestimento, puoi svelare nuove dimensioni di te stesso e approfondire la connessione con il gruppo e con la tua interiorità. Anche chi non desidera travestirsi è il benvenuto: basta un semplice accessorio per entrare nell'energia collettiva.
Che tu scelga di travestirti o meno, l’obiettivo è lasciar andare con leggerezza, celebrando attraverso la danza e il movimento, e aprirsi alle nuove energie che il nuovo anno porterà con sé. La mattina del 1 gennaio ci vestiremo di bianco e danzeremo insieme in una cerimonia speciale per dare il benvenuto al nuovo anno, con gratitudine e nuove intenzioni per il futuro.

THEME:
This is an annual invitation to gather as a dancing tribe for a few days in the heart of winter. It will be a special occasion to celebrate, dance, and have fun while creating deep connections as we honor the end of one cycle and the beginning of a new one.
In the days leading up to December 31st, we will explore various 5Rhythms maps to prepare ourselves on a deeper level for the moment when we let go of what we wish to transform and welcome the new. Before the 31st, each participant will create their own vision board—a collage that reflects on the past year and calls in new visions and intentions for the future. Some will bring their vision board from the previous year or other symbolic objects, which we will burn together in the bonfire on the night of December 31st, accompanied by songs and music, to transform the past and open ourselves to the new.
On the evening of December 31st, we will dance dressed up, creating a moment of pure joy and fun! We invite everyone to experiment with dressing up, it’s not just as a game, but as a personal transformation exercise. It’s an opportunity to explore and give visibility to parts of ourselves that often remain hidden. By choosing your costume, you can reveal new dimensions of yourself and deepen your connection with the group and your inner self. Even those who don’t wish to dress up are welcome; a simple accessory is enough to join in the collective energy.Whether you choose to wear a costume or not, the goal is to let go lightly, celebrating through dance and movement, and opening to the new energies the new year will bring.
On the morning of January 1st, we will dress in white and dance together in a special ceremony to welcome the new year with gratitude and fresh intentions for the future.
LEAD BY:
Olivia Olla Palmer, a certified 5Rhythms teacher, will guide this journey, accompanied by engaging live music sessions from Rishi Vlote, Shastro, and SunFran.
