Un seminario di 5Ritmi di livello “Heartbeat” a Milano con Olivia
In inglese con “Heart to Heart” si intende una conversazione onesta in cui due persone si parlano col cuore. In italiano potrebbe tradursi con la frase parlarsi col cuore in mano.
Quando condividiamo “Heart to Heart”, condividiamo i pensieri e i sentimenti più intimi.
I momenti da “Heart to Heart” costruiscono una base molto solida di un’amicizia o di una relazione che dura da molto a lungo.
Dal mio punto di vista, i momenti “Heart to Heart” sono così carenti nella nostra cultura che quando accadono, per la maggior parte delle persone è uno shock. È raro ricevere quel tipo di feedback onesto che crea fiducia nella relazione.
Quando puoi abbassare la guardia per discutere di qualcosa che ti è successo, buono o cattivo che sia, è un segno di una vera amicizia o di una buona relazione familiare. Quella persona non ti giudicherà o non chiuderà la condivisione senza sentire tutto ciò che hai da dire.
Vivere da cuore a cuore nelle relazioni con gli altri è la cosa più difficile, ma è anche la più importante da avere.

La classe aperta del venerdì è parte integrante del workshop, ma non è obbligatoria.

A Heartbeat level seminar in Milan with Olivia
A “Heart to Heart” in English refers to an honest conversation in which two people speak from the heart.
When we share heart to heart, we share innermost thoughts and feelings.
Heart-to-heart moments build a very solid foundation of a friendship or relationship that lasts for a very long time.
From my point of view, heart-to-heart moments are so lacking in our culture that when they do happen, it’s a shock to most people because it’s so rare to get the kind of honest feedback that builds trust in a relationship.
It’s a sign of a true friendship or a good family relationship when you can let your guard down to discuss something that has happened to you, good or bad, and that person won’t judge or shut you down without hearing everything you need to say.
Living heart-to-heart in relationships with others is the hardest thing to have in relationships, but it’s also the most important thing to have.
We will dance the 5Rhythms guided by Gabrielle Roth’s maps.
We will use this map in particular
The Heartbeat Level Antidote Map:
Courage Flows.
Forgiveness is Staccato.
Chaos surrenders.
Lyrical is generosity.
Stillness is in service.

It is also possible to participate only in the open class on Friday.
The open class on Friday is an integral part of the workshop, but it is not compulsory.
