Insieme riconosceremo questa fase di risveglio, in cui siamo invitati a lasciar andare il vecchio e ad accogliere pienamente il nuovo.Attraverso pratiche di Apertura e Centramento, impareremo a navigare questa transizione, ponendoci una domanda fondamentale:
“Quali nuovi schemi stanno emergendo e come posso accoglierli consapevolmente?”

THEME:
A weekend conscious movement workshop with Amara Pagano.
This workshop serves as a laboratory for exploring the new that is emerging and finding our place within it. We will acknowledge this phase of awakening where the new is nudging us, urging us to let go of the old while actively embracing change.
Through the exploration of various Opening and Centering practices, we will learn to navigate this juncture and ask ourselves: “What new patterns are arising that I can consciously embrace?” allowing the body to guide us.
