Le ultime scoperte nel campo della neurobiologia confermano che uno stato emozionale positivo contribuisce alla manifestazione del nostro pensiero.

Quando è il nostro corpo a dire Sì nuovi percorsi e nuove possibilità si aprono innanzi a noi e rendono possibile il raggiungimento dei nostri obiettivi.

Per poter abbracciare pienamente il nostro Sì dobbiamo necessariamente aprire il nostro cuore.
Nel nostro viaggio verso il Sì incontriamo inevitabilmente la parte di noi che dice No. Questo No, molto spesso radicato nel nostro inconscio, è la causa primaria del sabotaggio di tutto ciò che veramente vogliamo dalla vita. Focalizzare l’attenzione sul nostro No ci aiuta a neutralizzarlo e ci consente di abbracciare pienamente il Sì.

In questo seminario daremo spazio all’ascolto del Sì nel nostro corpo e lavoreremo su come aprire il nostro cuore.

Azul è un percorso di trasformazione personale che utilizza la danza e la meditazione per guidarci verso il risveglio dell’amore.

"Power of Yes"
A weekend conscious movement workshop with Amara Pagano.
Rome, Italy
10-12 September 2021

Our YES will never give up because it is the nature of life itself. It is our true nature. The NO we carry is a distortion and will eventually be dissolved.

Neuroscience is telling us that when we can embody the emotional state of YES we open a channel for what we desire to manifest. There is something that happens when we embody YES that creates new pathways and possibilities. Embodying YES is a process of opening our hearts.

In the journey of saying YES we inevitably stumble on the part of us saying NO. This part of us saying NO often acts unconsciously through us, sabotaging the very things we consciously want. Giving a space to tend to the NO – bringing it into consciousness – helps neutralising it and allows us to fully step into the YES.

In this weekend workshop we will explore the embodiment of YES and the work of opening our hearts. Azul is a path of awakening love – our YES – through movement and meditation.
