Come possiamo entrare nel nuovo anno giocando?
Iniziando il 2025 con la voglia di riprenderci un po' di innocenza, di libertà e della voglia di meravigliarci che hanno i più piccoli?
Il gioco è uno strumento importantissimo. Ci permette di stare in uno stato di presenza assoluta, di uscire dagli schemi mentali e culturale, di attraversare spazi di libertà, di esplorare e di attivare la curiosità.Trovare nuovi movimenti e uscire dalle nostre abitudini è un grande dono per il nostro cervello. Entrare in contatto con l'altro e con gli altri, cambiando il punto di vista della relazione, è un'opportunità per guardare che accede e cosa si muove in noi. Faremo un rito laico di passaggio fra il vecchio e il nuovo, fra il passato e il 'presente futuro'.
Avremo spazio per ringraziare, trasformare, integrare quello che è stato con quello che è rimasto.
In questi giorni danzeremo, esploreremo, e condivideremo questo tempo in uno spazio meraviglioso IL MONFERRATO RETREAT CENTER. Si danza ovunque, ma danzare in un luogo pieno di storia e bellezza, ha un fascino particolare.

THEME
How can we enter the new year by playing?
Starting 2025 with the desire to regain a bit of innocence, freedom and the desire to be amazed that the little ones have? Play is a very important tool. It allows us to be in a state of absolute presence, to break out of mental and cultural patterns, to cross spaces of freedom, to explore and activate curiosity.
Finding new movements and breaking out of our habits is a great gift for our brain.
Getting in touch with the other and with others, changing the point of view of the relationship, is an opportunity to look at what happens and what moves in us.We will do a secular rite of passage between the old and the new, between the past and the 'present future'. We will have space to thank, transform, integrate what has been with what has remained. These days we will dance, explore, and share this time in a wonderful space IL MONFERRATO RETREAT CENTER. You dance everywhere, but dancing in a place full of history and beauty has a special charm.
