In questo seminario seguiremo la pratica dei 5Ritmi e il Tantra, tutte due pratiche alla ricerca della scoperta e la comprensione di sé e della vita: Fluire: Conoscere se stessi e creare una solida base di accettazione del proprio essere. Avere rispetto e tolleranza verso se stessi aiuta ad avere rispetto e tolleranza verso un’altra persona. Staccato: Dall’empatia verso se stessi si passa a quella con gli altri. Comunicando ed esprimendo la nostra verità mentre riceviamo quella dell’altra persona si crea una relazione intima tra due. Caos: Si sperimenta l’oscillare fra essere parte o fuori del gruppo. Fra sentirsi accettati dal gruppo o allontanati. Lirico: Una visione dell’intimità più matura e libera che si estende alle altre persone e a tutti gli altri esseri viventi. Quiete: Un’intimità immensa che si espande senza limiti. Si sperimenta uno stato di intimità profonda e sacra con l’intero universo.
Useremo anche gli spazzi fuori in natura per danzare e per fare esercizi che aumentano la nostra consapevolezza della natura e l'intimità innata naturale che abbiamo in noi.

In this seminar we will follow two practices the 5Rhythms and Tantra, both practices that search to discover and understand oneself and life:
Flow: Know yourself and create a solid basis of acceptance of your being. Having respect and tolerance towards oneself helps to have respect and tolerance towards another person.
Staccato: From empathy towards oneself we move on to empathy with others. By communicating and expressing our truth while receiving that of the other person, an intimate relationship is created between two.
Chaos: We experiences feeling sometimes being part of or and other times outside of the group. Between feeling accepted by the group or withdrawn from the group.
Lyrical: A more mature and free vision of intimacy that extends to other people and to all other living beings.
Stillness: Immense intimacy that expands without limits. We experience a state of profound and sacred intimacy with the entire universe.
