Abbiamo sempre bisogno di una visione creativa per cambiare il nostro mondo e di azioni concrete per rendere reale quel cambiamento; e molti di noi da tempo sono impegnati anima e corpo per creare un cambiamento personale, professionale o relazionale, per manifestare una nuova versione di sè o il passo successivo della propria evoluzione ma spesso ci blocchiamo, ci perdiamo, ci spengiamo. Perchè?
Perchè troppo spesso finiamo con l’incarnare il “dovere” (dover fare, dover essere), dimenticando quanto visione e ispirazione abbiano bisogno del costantemente nutrimento del piacere. Manifestare la realtà che desideriamo inizia con l’imparare consapevolmente a padroneggiare quel lavoro alchemico di equilibrio fra sensualità (espansione dei sensi) e azione che tiene la fiamma della trasformazione accesa.
Intenzionalità e coraggio da un lato per uscire allo scoperto e incontrare il mondo; delicatezza e sensualità dall’altro per innamorarci e godere del nostro presente, di ciò che sta iniziando o cambiando ed aprirci al nuovo e alla trasformazione che stiamo vivendo.
COSA ASPETTARSI: useremo la mappa dei 5 Ritmi e la Danza sarà al centro, come strumento principale con DJ set + LIVE music. Il tutto verrà integrato con lavoro sulla voce naturale, la ritualità e il conscious mindset per offrirti potenti strumenti di trasformazione da portare a casa con te.

We always need a creative vision to change our world and concrete actions to make that change real; and many of us have long been committed body and soul to create a personal, professional or relational change, to manifest a new version of ourselves or the next step in our evolution but we often get stuck, we get lost, we switch off. Because?
Because too often we end up embodying "duty" (having to do, having to be), forgetting how much vision and inspiration need the constant nourishment of pleasure. Manifesting the reality we desire begins with consciously learning to master that alchemical work of balancing sensuality (expansion of the senses) and action that keeps the flame of transformation alight.
Intentionality and courage on the one hand to come out into the open and meet the world; delicacy and sensuality on the other to fall in love and enjoy our present, what is beginning or changing and open ourselves to the new and the transformation we are experiencing.
WHAT TO EXPECT: we will use the 5 Rhythms map and Dance will be at the center, as the main tool with DJ set + LIVE music. Everything will be integrated with work on the natural voice, rituality and the conscious mindset to offer you powerful transformation tools to take home with you.
WHERE: FANANO, Fattoria il Sentiero with a wonderful view in the middle of nature and a fantastic swimming pool.
Car to reach the farmhouse is preferable.
