Un seminario residenziale di 5Ritmi® – livello Waves e Heartbeat per celebrare la rinascita e il rinnovamento, immersi nella natura Toscana durante i giorni di Pasqua.Easter Dance è un appuntamento annuale che dedichiamo al rinnovamento di corpo, cuore e spirito, in sintonia con il risveglio primaverile. Circondati dalla bellezza della campagna Toscana, questo seminario offre uno spazio sicuro e ispirante per trasformare la nostra energia dopo l’inverno e riconnetterci profondamente con noi stessi, con gli altri e con la natura. Olivia ci guiderà in un viaggio attraverso le mappe dei 5Ritmi livello Waves e Heartbeat. Ogni giorno avremo la possibilità di immergerci in un lavoro intenso e rigenerante, accompagnati dalla musica, dalla natura e dal gruppo. Ci saranno anche dei momenti dedicati ad un po’ di yoga, per rilassare e tonificare il corpo, creando una base di equilibrio e presenza per il lavoro con i Ritmi. Questo seminario è ideale per chi vuole rigenerarsi, rinnovare la propria energia e riconnettersi al proprio centro, in armonia con la forza della primavera e il risveglio della natura.
CONDUCE:
Olivia è insegnante, mentore, organizzatrice e danzatrice dei 5Ritmi©. Nata a Londra, ha fatto dell'Italia la sua casa dal 1986. Dedica la sua vita allo studio di diverse tecniche di danza, movimento e autoguarigione da oltre 30 anni. Nel 2006 ha intrapreso il cammino con la pratica dei 5Ritmi e nel 2014 ha ottenuto la certificazione come insegnante del livello Waves, per poi ottenere quella del livello Heartbeat nel 2022.

THEME:
A residential 5Rhythms® – Waves and Heartbeat workshop to celebrate renewal and rebirth, immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside during the Easter season.
Easter Dance is an annual gathering dedicated to renewing the body, heart, and spirit in harmony with the awakening energy of spring. Surrounded by the stunning landscapes of Tuscany, this workshop provides a safe and inspiring space to transform our energy after winter and deeply reconnect with ourselves, others, and nature.
Olivia will guide us on a journey through the 5Rhythms Waves and Heartbeat maps. Each day, we will have the opportunity to dive into intense and regenerative work, supported by music, nature, and the group. There will also be a few moments dedicated to yoga, allowing us to relax and tone the body, creating a foundation of balance and presence for the work with the Rhythms.This workshop is ideal for those seeking to regenerate, renew their energy, and reconnect with their center in harmony with the power of spring and the awakening of nature.
LEAD BY:
Olivia is a 5Rhythms© teacher, mentor, organiser, and dancer. Born in London, Italy has been her home since 1986. For over 30 years, she has dedicated her life to studying various techniques of dance, movement, and self-healing. In 2006, she began her journey with the 5Rhythms practice and became certified as a Waves-level teacher in 2014, later achieving Heartbeat-level certification in 2022.
