NEW YEAR DANCE 2022/21

Quest'anno vogliamo celebrare questo importante passaggio insieme più che mai!

Questo incontro ha l'intento di offrire alla tribù danzante Italiana che sta diventando sempre più internazionale la possibilità di attraversare insieme questo passaggio importante che chiude un ciclo e ne inizia uno nuovo. Il focus principale è lasciare andare ciò che è stato, saper apprezzare gli insegnamenti ricevuti dell'anno passato e risvegliare in noi le qualità che ci possono aiutare a realizzare sogni e desideri per il nuovo anno.

Poi l'invito per la sera del 31 è di portare qualcosa da indossare diverso del solito. Di sperimentare con un po di travestimento.

Tirare fuori il tuo lato nascosto o poco visto. Potrebbe essere la parte di te più chic, o shabby chic, retro o futuro, serio o scherzoso o sexy .. Infatti, il travestimento offre una delle poche opportunità disponibili per provare una nuova identità per un breve periodo e vedere come ci si sente.

Il travestimento e i costumi creativi ci aiuta a conoscere noi stessi. Come sottolineano gli scienziati sociali europei Janine Fron e le sue colleghe, “l’abbigliamento offre l’opportunità di un gioco trasformativo, perché nel vestire e assumere nuovi ruoli, impariamo di più su noi stessi”. I costume sono un ottimo modo per usare i muscoli creativi!

Se non sei il tipo che si travesta, se il pensiero ti crea stress per qualche ragione. Se ritieni che l’esperienza dell’essere in costume sia piuttosto scomoda (fisicamente o psicologicamente) no problem. Ci siamo sempre divertiti moltissimo con i gruppi negli anni in cui alcuni hanno un costume e alcuni no. Quindi no problem, la scelta è vostra, il ragione principale per indossare un qualcosa di non usuale è la più semplice ma più potente: il divertimento e il godimento dell’esperienza. Il lasciare andare!

Oliva Olla Palmer guiderà questo viaggio accompagnata a volte in coinvolgenti sessioni con la musica dal vivo di Rishi Vlote e amici musicisti.

Olivia Olla Palmer, è insegnante certificata livello “Waves” & “Heartbeat”, mentore, facilitatore e danzatrice della pratica dei 5Ritmi© di Gabrielle Roth. È la prima insegnante a portare in giro per l’Italia classi & seminari di 5Ritmi promuovendo il concetto della danza come fonte di guarigione. Nata a Londra, vive in Italia dal 1986. Studia e danza tutta la vita fin da piccola.

Si può avere una certificazione di partecipazione a richiesta.

Rishi Vlote e 'un musicista tedesco che suona tamburi, percussioni e tutta una serie di altri strumenti. Ha più di 35 anni di esperienza in musica, seminari di meditazione e Trance Dance . Oltre ad essere un batterista è un produttore di musica e facilitatore in eventi, seminari e ritiri, nonché conduce sessioni individuali.
Si è formato con Arthur Hull, Frank Natale, Serge Kahili King e altri insegnanti. Suona e produrre CD in vari progetti di musica mondiale con artisti come Hamsafar, Prem Joshua, Snatam Kaur, Milarepa, Ashik, Subodha ecc. Le sue recenti produzioni sono "Dimentica i tuoi limiti" e "Sciamani ritorno", che sono spesso usati in seminari e ritiri.

This year we want to celebrate this important passage together more than ever!

This gathering aims to offer the Italian dancing tribe that is becoming more and more international the opportunity to cross together this important passage that closes one cycle and begins a new.The main focus is to let go of what has been, to appreciate the teachings received in the last year and to awaken in us the qualities that can help us to realise dreams and desires for the new year that is arriving.

Then the invitation for the evening of the 31st is to bring something to wear different than usual. To experiment with a bit of dressing up.

Bring out your hidden or little seen side. It could be the chicest part of you, or shabby chic, retro or future, serious or playful or sexy. In fact, dressing up offers one of the few opportunities available to try out a new identity for a short time and see how it feels.

Dressing up and creative costumes help us to know parts of ourselves normally not visible. As European social scientists Janine Fron and her colleagues point out, "clothing offers the opportunity for a transformative game, because in dressing up and taking on new roles, we learn more about ourselves". Costumes are a great way to use your creative muscles!

If you're not the type to dress up, if the thought creates stress for some reason. If you believe that the experience of being in costume is rather uncomfortable (physically or psychologically) no problem. We have always had a great time in groups over the years where some participants are dressed up and some not. So no problem, the choice is yours, the main reason for wearing something unusual is the simplest but most powerful: for fun, for the enjoyment of the experience. Letting go!

A New Year's Eve to celebrate, in which to share your presence, fun and awareness together with friends and dancing souls.

Oliva Olla Palmer will lead this journey sometimes accompanied in engaging sessions with live music by Rishi Vlote and his musician friends.

Olivia Olla Palmer is a certified “Waves” & “Heartbeat” level teacher, mentor, facilitator and dancer of Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rhythms © practice. Olivia was the first teacher to bring 5Rhythms classes & seminars around Italy, promoting the concept of dance as a source of healing. She was born in London and has lived in Italy since 1986. She has studied dances all her life since she was a child.

Rishi Vlote is a German musician who plays drums, percussion and a whole host of other instruments. He has over 35 years of experience in music, meditation seminars and Trance Dance. In addition to being a drummer he is a music producer and facilitator in events, seminars and retreats as well as conducts individual sessions.

He trained with Arthur Hull, Frank Natale, Serge Kahili King and other teachers. He plays and produces CDs in various world music projects with artists such as Hamsafar, Prem Joshua, Snatam Kaur, Milarepa, Ashik, Subodha etc. Recent productions of him are "Forget Your Limits" and "Shamans Return", which are often used in seminars and retreats.

As always Mauro will try to help you to share your car journey from any direction you are coming from.
